Refund Policy
Students are encouraged to attend the program or examination for which they have registered. If circumstances prevent attendance, transfer and cancellation options may be available subject to applicable conditions and fees.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
The student notifies GPGS at least five (5) days prior to the start of classes. Examination registrations are canceled more than 30 days before the test date and may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to applicable registration and administrative fees. University placement fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on a student's application or placement file. Important Notice
If you cancel your examination registration, you will no longer be eligible to sit that examination using the original registration. Any associated registration benefits, confirmations, or testing arrangements will be canceled in accordance with the applicable testing organization's policies.
Students are encouraged to contact GPGS directly to discuss transfer, cancellation, and refund options before making any final decisions.
